For us, "real Wagyu" is not industrially raised beef focused only on excessive marbling and fat. True Wagyu is raised carefully and healthily, with rich flavor and tenderness in the red meat itself. The umami should come not only from the fat, but from the quality of the meat as a whole — that is what I believe authentic Wagyu truly is.

To achieve this, we are deeply involved in every step: carefully raising cattle with our own standards, processing the meat while preserving freshness, and serving it through thoughtful preparation and cooking. Today, this style of Wagyu is gaining the most attention among Japanese gourmets and chefs.

That is why we want guests from around the world to experience this "true taste" of Japan at our restaurant.

To ensure Muslim guests can also dine with peace of mind, we provide Wagyu processed at one of the few halal-certified slaughterhouses in Japan.

Our goal is to create a place where anyone — regardless of nationality, religion, age, or gender — can comfortably enjoy authentic Japanese Wagyu together.

As Wagyu craftsmen, we raise our cattle in Miyazaki using our own original blended feed, carefully developed to create truly delicious red meat.

We are committed to producing Miyazaki Wagyu — highly regarded around the world and often considered equal to the finest Kobe Beef — while continuing to pursue the ideal balance of flavor, tenderness, and rich umami.

One of the defining characteristics of Miyazaki Wagyu is the natural sweetness and rich aroma of the meat itself.
